Iran’s trade adviser in Kabul ,Mohammad Mehdi Javanmard Qasab said :”Recently, the production of one-day-old chickens and hens in the country has exceeded domestic demand, so there is an opportunity to export in this regard, and export markets should be considered,” .
About two month ago, after the spread of the coronavirus, the Afghan government stopped importing hen, eggs and chicken from neighbor countries, including Iran, but the ban has now been lifted.
Spokesman of the Afghan Ministry of Agriculture,Irrigation and livestock said that afghan traders can import one-day-old chickens, hens and eggs according to the country’s needs, and there are no restrictions.
